Who we are
Copper Beech Studio (“we”, “us”) creates video and visual content for real estate professionals, brands and individuals. Questions about this policy can be sent to mike@copperbeechstudio.com.
What we collect
- Quote requests: the name, email, phone number, company and project details you enter in our contact form.
- Client portal: if we invite you to our client portal, your email address, profile details (name, brokerage, phone, license number), project briefs, the photos and videos you upload, and the likeness agreement you sign, including the time it was signed and the browser you used.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
- To produce the videos you request, using the materials you provide.
- To keep a record of your consent to the use of your likeness.
- To keep our website and portal secure.
Your likeness and uploaded materials
Photos, videos and recordings of you are used only for the projects you request and only as described in the likeness agreement you sign. We don't use them for anyone else's project, sell or license them, or use them to train publicly available AI models. Uploaded materials are stored privately and deleted as described in your agreement.
Who helps us run the service
We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting and contact-form delivery), Supabase (client portal sign-in, database and private file storage), and Resend (sign-in emails). Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and portal software libraries from jsDelivr.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Portal materials are kept for the period set out in your likeness agreement. Signed agreements are kept as a record of consent.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for future use of your likeness, by emailing mike@copperbeechstudio.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
