Good to know
Do you only work with real estate agents?
No. Real estate is our specialty, but we also make films for brands, businesses, performers and personalities. If it has a story, we can make it cinematic.
What does AI actually do in your videos?
It depends on the project. We use AI-powered tools to stage empty rooms, preview renovations, shift a scene to golden hour or a new season, extend and stabilize shots, add cinematic camera moves, and create scenes that would be impossible or expensive to film. Real footage stays at the heart of it.
Is AI content allowed in listing marketing?
Rules vary by MLS, brokerage and state, and many require you to disclose virtually staged or AI-altered images. We flag every AI-altered visual we deliver so you can label it correctly, and you review everything before it's published.
Will you create an AI version of me?
Only if you want one and agree to it in writing. Our likeness agreement, signed in the client portal, explains exactly how your image and voice may be used. We never use your likeness for anyone else's project, and you can withdraw permission for future work at any time.
What do I need to send you?
Usually listing photos, any video you have, and a few clear photos or short clips of yourself if you'll appear on screen. Clients upload everything securely through the client portal, and we'll tell you exactly what works best for your project.
How much does a video cost?
Every project is quoted individually, based on the length, the number of versions and how much AI-powered work is involved. Send us a few details and we'll reply with a tailored quote.
Where are you based?
We serve Rochester, Pittsford and the Finger Lakes, and because so much of our work is digital, we also take on remote projects anywhere.
